Plans for about 400 homes have been revealed for the second phase of the regeneration of Perry Barr following the end of the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

The 30.3-acre site would also include a new secondary school for 1,260 pupils under plans revealed by Birmingham City Council.

The area, between Holford Drive and Aldridge Road in Perry Barr, is adjacent to the site of the former Birmingham City University Campus.
