With the recent transaction we had with Essence Property, we were very pleased with how it was handled by one of the agents (It is Erica to be specific). It was not that easy to handle in the first place as many issues with the initial property were encountered and I admire how she tried to satisfy both needs (landlord and tenant). She was very accommodating with all our queries and ensuring that she gives us timely updates. We appreciated the fact that she tried to look for another property for us (which we really liked btw) just to help us with our other concerns. Thank you Erica and to Essence Property! :)
